Skid Steer / Bobcat Training (Operator)

Skid steer training for construction and industrial environments focused on the safe operation of skid steer loaders (commonly known as Bobcats).

This program prepares workers to safely operate heavy equipment in real job site conditions, ensuring proper handling, awareness, and control.

Training is delivered in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) and applicable regulations, supporting compliance with:

  • OHSA Section 25(2)(a) (worker instruction and training requirement)
  • Ontario Regulation 213/91 (Construction Projects)
  • Section 96(1) (competent worker requirement)
  • Applicable provisions under Sections 93–107 (safe use and operation of equipment)
  • Ontario Regulation 851 (Industrial Establishments), Section 51

Training Overview
